Exactly two years ago, on Oaks Day 2015, I got this fortune from a fortune cookie. I usually don't look much into these fortunes, but this one had meaning to me. I was in the process of trying to get pregnant, at the time, and I got the feeling this fortune was a way of telling me, IT WILL HAPPEN!
I have kept it for the past two years, on my mirror in my bedroom, where I see it every day! Through our delicate journey there were many times I wanted to rip it up and throw it away, when I felt I was losing hope...But I never did!
Now, here we are, two years later, Oaks Day 2017, and that beautiful, smart and loving person has come into my life. It may have taken her two years after getting this message, but she is here!
Our miracle, our angel, everything we could have wished and prayed for is really here, safe and sound!
